WELCOME VENDORS

Celebrating 18 Years | Vendor Information

PLEASE READ!

We’re excited to welcome local businesses, entrepreneurs, and creatives to be part of 4GWL (For God We Live) Live in Concert, as we celebrate 18 incredible years of music, ministry, and community!

This special evening will bring together supporters, families, and music lovers for an unforgettable celebration. We’re excited to include a Vendor Marketplace, giving local businesses an opportunity to showcase their products and services.

EVENT DETAILS

Date: Saturday, November 7, 2026
Location: The Connecting Place at Greater Salem, Charlotte, NC
Doors Open: 5:00 PM
Concert Begins: 6:00 PM

VENDOR FEE: $50

Your $50 vendor fee secures your vendor space and includes:

Designated vendor space during the 4GWL Live in Concert experience.
Opportunity to sell and promote your products or services directly to attendees.
Vendor recognition through select 4GWL event promotions.

TABLES & SETUP

A limited number of tables will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly encourage all vendors to come prepared with their own table to ensure they have everything needed for setup.

Vendors are responsible for their own display materials, signage, payment processing, inventory, and staffing unless otherwise communicated.

VENDOR APPROVAL & PAYMENT

Because vendor space is limited, participation is subject to approval. Our goal is to create a diverse marketplace while avoiding too many vendors offering the same products or services.

Once approved, the $50 vendor fee must be paid upfront to officially reserve your space.

Please note: Vendor spaces are NOT confirmed until payment has been received.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We welcome small businesses, artists, makers, food and treat vendors, fashion brands, beauty and wellness businesses, and other entrepreneurs who would love to be part of this celebration.

JOIN US!

For 18 years, 4GWL has been blessed to share our ministry with so many amazing people and communities. As we celebrate this milestone, we're excited to create opportunities for local businesses to grow, connect, and be supported.

We would love to have you join us for this special evening!
